SS Vessel Cleaning
A special machine is designed for achieving satin finish on stainless steel jobs. Steel gains satin finish when blasted through glass bead media. The job is loaded on rollers mounted on turn table outside the cabinet. For blasting, manual operation of the gun as per the requirement through hand holes is provided. Automatic blasting, depending on job profile and symmetry, is also provided. The machine works on suction-induction principle.


The abrasive is drawn from the hopper into the blast gun by partial vacuum created by high velocity airflow and thrown towards the job. The used abrasive and dust created during blasting are sucked through flexible suction hose to the reclaimer. Here usable grit is reclaimed and collected in a storage tank for recycling. The dust is collected inside the filter element of a dust collector and clean air is discharged in the atmosphere
