Cylinder ID Cleaning
Disposition of Carbon particles and other impurity on Cylinder head valves and piston is inherent and perpetual problem. These carbon and foreign particles need to be removed without affecting the dimensional tolerance and finish. After blasting the job get satin finish.

MECShot has successfully engineered and supplied abrasive blasting machine for cleaning of cylinder head valves, piston etc with following features:

  • Rotary indexing satellite Mechanism.
  • Hydraulic gun reciprocation arrangement.
  • Motorized Door with dia-bola arrangement for loading of cylinder in cabinet and locators for positioning of cylinder neck.
  • Bulk Blaster.
  • Motorized turn tables.
  • Vertical of vertical movement of lance nozzles through chain & sprocket arrangement.
  • Limit switches are provided for stroke adjustment.
  • The lance shall be reciprocating while the job shall be rotating on rotary turn table.
