Belt Conveyor
Dry type belt conveyor blasting machines of flat components, for higher production rates are engineered and supplied. The machine works either on direct pressure or suction-induction principle of blasting. The components are placed on one side of the belt conveyor, which carries the job inside the cabinet through side vestibules. Blasting is accomplished by reciprocating blast nozzle arrangement inside the cabinet.


After blasting, air blow guns are provided to air wash the blasting components by removing residual abrasive / dust. The operator has to simply unload the job from the belt conveyor on the other side of the cabinet. A multi blast gun is also provided depending on the production rate. The abrasive recycling is automatic and dust generation through blasting process is collected inside the dust collector, thus keeping the environment clean and friendly.
