SS Sheet & Plate Blasting Machines
Blasting is carried out in model: SB - 151626 SPL to achieve homogeneous satin finish on both sides of the SS sheet glass bead. It operates on suction-induction principle of abrasive blasting. The operator places the sheet on a roller conveyor such that the plate gets inserted into the vertical drive roller.


The vertical drive roller conveyor carries it into the blast chamber where the blast gun moves vertically on both sides, thus, finishing its external surface. The used abrasive / glass beads and dust created during blasting are sucked through suction hose to the reclaimer. The abrasive is reclaimed and collected in a storage tank for recycling.



The dust is then carried ahead and collected inside filter bags and clean air is discharged into the atmosphere. The operator only has to load and unload the sheet on and from the roller conveyor. Base material: 300 - 400SS sheet size max. : 2500 mm X 4000 mm sheet size min.: 60 0mm [W] X 1000 mm [L] sheet thickness: 0.6 to 5 mm blasting material: glass beads, "AD" Grade up to 'O' grade blasting required.
