Micro Blasting
The PLC controlled automatic micro blast cleaning machines is developed to blast clean the layer of oxide deposits on the drill bits and tools. The operator places the job on satellites / spindle. The indexing turn table carries it into the blast chamber where the satellite starts rotating. Each satellite has 8 spindles and rotates when it comes in contact with friction of timing belt.
