Disc Springs for Compressor
The round compressor parts and disc springs are peened. The job is placed on twin satellites from the front portion of the cabinet. The indexing turn table carries it into the blast chamber where the satellite starts rotating at the blasting station. As the job rotates, blast guns move horizontally across the job, thus, shot peening its external surface. The nozzle reciprocation arrangement is provided. After shot peening, the job is air washed before being lifted by the operator.
