MECSHOT has its own captive foundry. The company understands that raw material for the machine is an important factor to improve the life of the machine.

• Totally mechanized with the production of 1000 tones per month.
• Well equipped with fully mechanized felting division.
• Graded quality casting is produced with mechanized fast loop molding technique.
• Casting is also produced with a resin bonded 2 part moulding systems.
• For melting, MEC SHOT installed 3 tones capacity induction furnaces.
• The foundry is also supported by the latest chemical and physical testing facility.
