Weld fume cartridge filter dust collector is a portable and compact unit with low noise level. The suction arm which is a swinging arm for convenient and long reach with maximum flexibility along with suction hood reaches the welding spot with utmost convenience. The welding fumes and dust laden air is sucked (due to suction created by exhaust fan (motor) and enters into the fume collector. The contaminated fume / dust passes through Pre-fume collector, Pre-filter, Expansion chamber and cartridge element. The fume collector Is provided with a damper valve to regulate suction.


Thus the dust particles deposited on the surface of flame retardant cartridge elements and clean air is discharged into the atmosphere keeping the environment clean and eco-friendly.

The filter elements are automatically cleaned with the aid of vibratory motor for preset time when fume collector motor is switched off. The dust released from filter element Is collected in the bin provided below the fume collector hopper.
