ASH 'T' HANGER

ASH 'T' Hanger The machine is designed for automatic efficient shot blasting of CNC Lathe Machine Cast Beds & Transformers Tanks. The Job is loaded on the ‘T’ Hangers on Over Head Monorail. The Job is loaded & fed in the Blasting Cabinet where it gets blasted inside the chamber. The cabinet is protected from erosion by LINERS (Hardened wear plates), mounted on the sidewalls, top.

The Dust collector, Screw Conveyor, Cross Screw Conveyor, Bucket Elevator, Rotary Screen & Blast Wheels motors (ONE AFTER OTHER TO PREVENT OVER LOADING) are switched ON in sequence. After selecting the Blasting Switch the shots will be fed automatically by Soundabrator Valves for all the wheels operated by Solenoid Valve and Pneumatic Cylinders opening Mechanism.
