Mec Shot has recently designed, developed, manufactured & successfully installed Airless Shot Blasting Roller Conveyor Machines for different usages like Sand Stones, Marble Panels, Granite and Cement Concrete Interlocking Paving Blocks. Shot Blasting is a mechanical surface preparation process or technique to improve the bonding strength of job by blasting with small balls. Roughness is formed on the surface of the job by the striking tinny spherical balls.
The hot job is loaded from right side on the Metallic Conveyor Belt and fed in the Blasting Cabinet where they get blasted inside the chamber. The Valve Plates are un-loaded at the end of track on left side after it get cleaned by blowing effect from Blower Fan. The Speed of the belt drive can be regulated by AC drives. The cabinet is duly protected from erosion by LINERS (Hardened Wear Plates), mounted on the sidewalls, top and door.
