About the machine
In-depth technical and commercial information about the machine, its applications, and operating advantages.
Rotary Indexing Machine SB-SP-4
The SB-SP-4 Rotary Indexing Machine is developed for high-efficiency abrasive blasting of precision industrial components. Designed for deburring, descaling, surface preparation, and cleaning applications, the machine offers automated blasting with excellent repeatability and production consistency.
The system utilizes a rotary indexing table fitted with five rotating satellites. Components are loaded onto the satellites and automatically indexed through blasting stations where multiple blast guns provide complete surface coverage. This arrangement allows loading and unloading to continue while blasting operations are underway.
Operating on the suction blasting principle, abrasive media is drawn into the blast guns, mixed with compressed air, and projected onto the component surface. The recovered abrasive is automatically recycled for continuous operation.
Operating principle
- Rotary Indexing Table — Automatically moves components through dedicated blasting stations.
- Satellite Rotation System — Rotates the component to expose all surfaces evenly during blasting.
- Horizontal Gun Reciprocation — Ensures uniform abrasive coverage across the component profile.
- Continuous Abrasive Recovery — Recycles blasting media for efficient and uninterrupted operation.
