Design Engineering
Young, self-motivated, precise
Design engineers at MECSHOT continually develop high-speed, accurate machines built to fit a wide range of application requirements — feeding a relentless push into new engineering segments.
Design work is carried out with Autodesk Inventor, CADian, Pro/E, and E-Plan. New machine prototypes are assembled and tested for consistency in performance before they reach the floor.
Constant customer feedback is folded back into the product line. This uncompromising thrust in design and development led MECSHOT to build the robotic shot peening machine — the first of its kind in India.
Quality Assurance
ISO 9001:2000 aligned
MECSHOT strives to achieve best-in-class quality and reliability of performance for all products. A systematic approach emphasizes quality at every stage of product development through manufacturing.
The machines are passed through a series of quality assurance tests before it leaves the plant. MEC SHOT has established a system of quality in line with the ISO 9001:2000. The company provides solutions to customers’ problems by engineering and manufacturing quality machines, at a reasonable rate.

Lean Manufacturing System
Eliminate waste, pursue perfection
In present scenario mostly industries want to improve their process to provide the product in minimum price so for that purpose Mec Shot mainly focusing on lean manufacturing tools for improvement, and the first objective is to demonstrate all the activities systematically that could help in a better way to eliminate waste and effectively utilizing the sources. Lean manufacturing a systematic approach which is used identifying and eliminating waste through continues improvement by fluing the product at the pull of the customers it pursuit of perfection.
Waste is mostly generated across the 7M: Man, Machine, Material, Management, Market, Method, and Manual.
4-Step Implementation Loop
01
Identify the waste that needs removing
02
Analyze the waste, find its root cause
03
Find the solution for the root cause
04
Apply the solution, achieve the objective — then loop back to 01

Environment & Safety
Mandatory, not voluntary
MECSHOT is committed to a safe and healthful work environment for every employee. The loss-prevention program exists so each member of the organization knows their safety and health comes first.
Compliance with agency loss-prevention policies is mandatory, not voluntary. Supervisors and managers are accountable for enforcing safety and health policy, and a dedicated loss-prevention committee monitors accident and injury trends, runs spot compliance checks, and takes employee input.
Policy Purpose
- Provide the systems and support needed to maintain safe, healthful working conditions
- Minimize accidents through proactive anticipation rather than after-the-fact reaction
- Train employees for safety awareness and proper work habits
- Meet or exceed applicable regulations and standards
- Require adoption of, and adherence to, all Mec Shot safety procedures and practices
