Geyser Cleaning Machine

The Hot Water Geyser Body is one of the most critical parts. These water tanks/ vessels get corroded on the Welded Seam of 2 Halves during in use.

To prevent corrosion on these welded tanks and requires special surface finishing treatment for de-scaling and cleaning operation to remove any surface impurities, oxides and welding slag to obtain clean surface. The Aluminum Oxide is used as shot blasting media.

Mec Shot has recently design, manufactured & commissioned Air operated Special Shot Blasting Machine to the world renowned companies in the field of Hot Water Geyser for accomplishing above task.

The shot blasting machine works on direct feed principle incorporated with nozzle manipulator and revolving jobs on the turntable internally. The nozzle reciprocation through pneumatic arrangement ensures precise movement. The special internal blast nozzles fixed on pneumatic reciprocation stand de-scale and clean the Welded Seam of 2 Geyser Body mounted on turntable fixture. The Doors are operated through pneumatic cylinder. The motorized turn table rotates the job & the vertical reciprocating Lance Nozzle and internal blast cleans the Geyser body to preset required parameters. The abrasive with dust particles are reclaimed in the reclaimer where usable particles are separated due to cyclonic effect created by exhaust fan of dust collector. The usable particles get transferred in the pressure vessels for re-use. The fine dust particles get trapped over cartridge filter element. These elements get cleaned by reverse pulse jet action and clean air is let out in the atmosphere thus maintaining the atmosphere eco-friendly.
