Powder laden air from dust zones is sucked into the pre filter (multi cyclones) due to exhaust created by the exhaust fan. Maximum particles are collected by the pre filter, while very little powder is collected around the fabric bags. The pulse jet filter bag dust collector is a self-cleaning system.

All filter bags are automatically cleaned with the aid of a timer through which solenoid valves are activated. The compressed air valve opens and certain volume of compressed air is blown into the filter bags to keep the bags clean. Thus, clean air is discharged into the atmosphere.

The noise level is below 85 dBA. Dust emission level in the atmosphere through the fabric bags is less than 50 mg / N cubic meters. The suspended powder is only collected in the dust collector. Powder that falls down in the hopper is collected manually from the hopper. Fan motors: 7.5 HP, 415V / 3P / 50 Hz IP 54 protection.
