For Submersible Pump Casing
The Submersible pump casing is one of the most critical components. This component is copper alloy as a best conductor in electricity and requires special surface finishing treatment for de-scaling and de-burring operation to remove scale and rounding of sharp corners to obtain surface roughness. The glass beads of very fine size are used as shot blasting media.

The SHOT BLASTING MACHINE works on direct feed principle incorporated with x-y manipulation of nozzles and revolving jobs on the PU rollers internally & externally. The nozzle reciprocation through hydraulic arrangement ensures precise movement. The multi blast nozzles fixed on hydraulic reciprocation stand de-scale and de-burr the submersible pump casing at one satellite position while the residual dust particles are air washed at another position respectively.
